Ramped Warehouses
The 5,500 m² ramp-access warehouse building is divided into units of 500 and 1,500 m² that can also be rented separately. Via the ramps, goods can be stored directly from rail wagons and road vehicles, and both sides of the building are accessible by truck, so it can also operate as a small logistics hub.
Industrial Halls
The insulated halls of 1,150 and 1,850 m² are suitable for both storage and manufacturing. Both are located directly next to the industrial rail siding, have heavy-duty industrial flooring, and can be heated and cooled with a heat pump on request.
Offices
In our green office building, offices, meeting rooms, and showrooms from 20 to 140 m² are available for rent. The separable wings of the two-story, 900 m² building also allow for self-contained work areas.
