Since 1996, RAKING Kft. has been engaged in the rental and operation of privately owned properties (office buildings and warehouses). A core value of our operations is the consideration of environmental sustainability.
Quality Management Policy
In line with our company’s goals, our management has defined our Quality Policy. We ensure the quality of our services by implementing a quality management system in accordance with the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. We are committed to fulfilling its requirements and to maintaining, enforcing, and continuously improving the effectiveness of the system.
To achieve our objectives, we consider the following tasks fundamental:
- Continuous and regular monitoring of our internal operations to identify areas for development and improvement.
- Ongoing assessment of client satisfaction.
- Setting and continuously reviewing quality objectives.
- Publishing our Quality Policy and our commitment to quality.
- Maintaining, reviewing, and continuously improving the quality management system.
Environmental Policy
Raking Kft. recognizes the importance of environmental protection and embraces an environmental approach that includes identifying the negative impacts of its activities on the environment and planning and implementing measures to reduce them.
In line with our company’s objectives, our management has also defined our Environmental Policy and implemented an environmental management system in accordance with the MSZ EN ISO 14001:2015 standard. We are committed to meeting its requirements and to maintaining, enforcing, and continuously improving the effectiveness of the environmental management system.
To achieve our objectives, we consider the following tasks fundamental:
- We continuously assess and evaluate harmful environmental impacts and strive to eliminate or reduce them to a minimum.
- We place increased emphasis on the efficient use of environmental resources and on reducing or eliminating negative impacts.
- We comply with regulatory requirements and aim to meet the expectations of all stakeholders.
- We aim to reduce hazardous waste generation and actively promote the use of recycled materials.
- We encourage our suppliers to adhere to the principles we have established.
- By operating the system, we continuously improve the company's environmental performance.
- We provide training to our employees and encourage their commitment to environmental protection.
